It is crucial that mental health and its potential impact on the workforce is a priority for organisations. This is a complex area and as a responsible employer, you have a duty of care to ensure you provide the right level of support for your employees.

This enlightening day will guide you through the most common mental health issues and how you can identify and effectively manage them. It will help you ensure appropriate measures are in place and enable you to formulate policies and procedures that lead to positive outcomes for employees and your organisation.

It is presented by an experienced trainer and mental health specialist, who will equip you with the confidence to support employees with their mental health and wellbeing.

The Mental Health Foundation has published research showing that 16% of employees suffer from mental health issues each year, meaning they may not perform as well as they otherwise would or could.

In 2020, a study by Mind and Deloitte found that investment in mental health programmes at work reaped great rewards for the business and their employees.

  • Keith Dewey

    Since gaining a degree in Cognitive Science in 1996, Keith has engaged a wide range of organisations to help build high performance teams. The organisational management of colleagues’ mental health was a core feature of those engagements, to maximise results. More recently, Keith has also been working with individuals as a coach and counsellor, helping them to improve their thoughts, feelings and habits.

    Over the years, Keith has trained in a wide range of mental health therapies, is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, NLP Practitioner, registered member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and experienced trainer.
