More recently, Keith has also been working with individuals as a coach and counsellor, helping them to improve their thoughts, feelings and habits.
Over the years, Keith has trained in a wide range of mental health therapies, is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, NLP Practitioner, registered member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and experienced trainer.
