Course overview

Payroll is an area of business which is constantly changing and keeping up-to-date and compliant is a real challenge. This course will bring you up to speed on all the latest developments, including Benefits in Kind, statutory payments, national minimum wage, IR35 and Universal Credit. It will also discuss further major changes such as the significant increases in National Insurance Contributions and the new Health and Social Care Levy.

The compliance activity around the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) is now in full swing and will be with us for the next 6 years, so we will also outline what you can expect from HMRC and how to prepare.
