Course overview

All businesses, without exception, are engaged in managing contracts, whether sales or purchases. This full-day course sets out to provide a grounding in the core skills required to plan, execute, and administer third party contracts.

It is an essential guide to the tactics, processes and skills required to successfully manage existing contracts on behalf of your organisation.  Attending the course will equip you with the skills necessary to handle contract management with the utmost effectiveness and confidence.

Our expert presenter uses real-world examples and case studies to encourage delegates to discuss the key issues and make it relevant to their own situation. This course is also supported by a comprehensive Contract Management Toolkit, containing more than 25 guidance notes, checklists, templates and Excel tools for you to adapt and use.
