Course overview

It’s nearly 10 years since employers have had to offer a qualifying workplace pension to eligible workers and auto-enrol them as members. It’s been a complex and expensive addition to employer and payroll agent compliance responsibilities.

This comprehensive 6-hour course equips delegates with the practical knowledge and understanding required to effectively operate a workplace pension scheme. It offers in-depth guidance on the legal and operational considerations which businesses need to be aware of when meeting their obligation to offer a workplace pension to employees.

Our expert presenter, Kate Upcraft, uses her vast experience and a number of interactive exercises to explain how pension schemes work and what you need to consider when making the necessary calculations.  Attending this course will give you the confidence that your pensions operation is fully compliant with the demands of the Pensions Regulator and just as importantly the expectations of your staff, whilst controlling costs for the organisation.

What will be covered?
